Current Research Focus
I work in organometallic catalysis with an emphasis on polymerization.
I grew up in Virginia City, a small mining town in Northern Nevada, and completed my undergraduate degree at Scripps College, in Claremont, CA.
Why did you choose UNC Chemistry?
I loved both the academic culture at UNC and the town of Chapel Hill - it's a great place to live and study!
What are your future plans?
I became interested in intellectual property law early in my undergraduate career, and am planning to pursue a JD and practice patent law in the future.
