Short Bio
Thomas Kolb is (2018) a 4th year graduate student and NSF GRFP fellow in the Klotsa lab. He is interested in using computational methods to answer fundamental questions in chemistry, biology, and physics.

Why did you choose UNC Chemistry?
"I chose UNC after experiencing the collaborative atmosphere during visitation weekend. The chemistry department hosts a broad spectrum of scientific interests and approaches research from a unique and innovative perspective."

What are your future plans?
Thomas intends to pursue a career in industry.
